  great facilities in the center of the old town; the 10pm curfew is in a great city as Burgos of course a little bit disappointing so if you want to explore Burgos at night you need to stay somewhere else (as most pilgrims know anyway)

  + Terribly unfriendly stuff: e.g. threw out a girl that was sick and vomiting on the street in the morning because everybody has to be out by 8. Same with me, who was having lots of trouble putting on my shoes due to swollen, sore feet.... C'mmon, we all know and respect the rules, but at least showing some humanity and giving people in need few more minutes wouldn't hurt.

  I want to give this place a decent review because the staff was well organized and business like. There are 6 levels for pereginos to sleep, showers are decent, and there's a open kitchen to eat with those staying there. It's clean too. The downside is that it's a municipal albergue, so you never know who will be there. My experience was awful. Sleeping was incredibly difficult and I moved my mattress into the shower area to avoid disgusting and loud people.

  True, the hostel is cheap (5eur per night due to regional laws), and the needs of a pilgrim are really low (a bed, a warm shower, kitchen to cook instead of having to eat out, helpful staff). But I'd rather have paid much more (>20eur) than having stayed there.

  The best hostel ever. You have boxes with 4 beds and each box have own shower and sink. Everything is new and well organised. Much private if you want and many restaurants outside if you don't :)

  Great facilities, lots of space and very clean. But if you want to stay here, best to get there early! The 150 beds fill up fast!
